My Japanese friends are also convinced that most Chinese women have some sort of facial cosmetic surgery - expecially the kind that gives you a double-edged eyelid. They were disgusted at how much the Chinese care about their image. Seems a bit kettle-pottish - the Japanese won’t buy anything that’s not a name brand….
